👋 How This Practice Tool Works
Here's everything you need to know — don't worry, it's easier than it looks!
🟢🟡🔴 Three Ways to Practise
- Practice Single: Try one test at a time with all the help available — hints, model answers, and key vocabulary. Great if you're still learning and want support along the way.
- Exam Single: Take one test with no help, timed just like the real IELTS exam. When the time's up, it's submitted for you automatically.
- Full Exam Simulation: The full experience — 3 Reading passages and 2 Writing tasks, one after another, with real exam timing and no extra help. You'll see all your results together at the very end.
- Tip: tapping a mode once shows you a quick description of it. Tap that same button again to confirm your choice and move on.
⏱️ How Much Time You Get
- Each Reading test: 20 minutes. Writing Task 1: 20 minutes. Writing Task 2: 40 minutes.
- In the Full Exam, you get this same amount of time for each part, one after the other.
- If the clock runs out, don't worry — whatever you've done is submitted automatically and you simply move on to the next part.
📝 Answering Questions
- In the Full Exam, you move through the 5 parts in order, and once you move on from one, you can't go back to it.
- If you try to move on while some questions are still unanswered, we'll gently remind you first. You can go back and finish, or continue anyway if you're running short on time.
- While you're working on the next part, your Writing is already being checked behind the scenes — so your full results are ready the moment you finish.
💾 Don't Worry About Refreshing the Page
- Doing the Full Exam and accidentally refresh or close the page? No problem — your answers and your timer are saved automatically as you go. Just come back and we'll ask if you'd like to continue where you left off.
- The only thing that would lose your progress is clearing your browser's saved data yourself.
🤖 Getting Your Results
- Our AI checks your Writing for you, and feedback is usually ready within about 15–20 seconds.
- Once you finish the Full Exam, you'll get one combined results page showing how you did on every part.
- From there, you can download a PDF, save an image of your results, or have them emailed to you — no account or sign-up needed.
🌐 English & Vietnamese
- You can switch between English and Vietnamese any time using the EN / VI buttons — this changes the hints, model answers, and feedback into whichever language is easier for you.
